This afternoon I led a pro bono workshop on The Art of Self-Coaching with a group of startup founders and execs, organized and hosted by my colleagues at InnerSpace, a group that aims to help startups develop more effective organizational cultures.
Today's session was based on material I've developed for the new course on self-coaching that I'll begin teaching at Stanford in a few weeks. I appreciated the opportunity to give this material a test run before my course starts, and it was really gratifying to explore these concepts with leaders who'll take them back to their organizations tomorrow.
A condensed set of my slides are above. Thanks to everyone who attended today, and a special thanks to the InnerSpace team: Joe Greenstein, Semira Rahemtulla, and Hannah Knapp.
