The work of Brené Brown has had a big influence on my approach to coaching and teaching (and my life), so this was an honor and a thrill. In addition to Brown's TED talks on vulnerability and shame, I particularly value her book Daring Greatly, which explores these topics and their implications for our personal and professional relationships.
