For months I've been talking with leaders all day, every day about the impact of the current environment on their organizations, their employees, and their own lives, and much of my writing during this period has been aimed at helping them address these challenges:

Reflection
Here's a program I helped to design to enable a group of 6 people to have a meaningful online experience together:
And here are some other relevant resources I've learned about:
Virtual Experiences
- Camp Joy: "An action-packed virtual camp experience for individual adults and teams who want to take a break in their day to focus on joy." I haven't participated in one of their sessions, but it's been recommended by people I respect.
- The Growth Equation Discussion Group: A monthly video conference hosted by Brad Stulberg and Steve Magness on topics related to mastery, performance, and well-being. No cost, but donations are welcome.
- Take Back Work: A workplace culture consultancy founded by my former Stanford student Val Rivera whose efforts are now focused on facilitating virtual offsites and similar events for executive teams.
